My fascination with the physiological properties of wine and how they interact with food has led me to pursue a passion for wine.
I have a wide-ranging curiosity that has led me to explore many different aspects of the wine industry, from restaurant service to competitive tasting to wine education and consulting.
I felt a disconnect lingering and I wanted to get closer to the vineyards, the winemakers and the wine.
That is why I embraced a new role - to be a bridge between the grape and the glass
The world of wine can feel fragmented and want to close the gap - making everyone feel more connected.
